These terms govern your use of https://www.medyzen.in (the "Site"), operated by Vedly Technology Private Limited. By browsing the Site, submitting the contact form, or booking a call, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

What this Site is for

The Site is an informational and lead-generation site for Medyzen's managed hospital pharmacy service. It describes our services to hospitals, clinics, and nursing homes, and lets you request a call or more information. Nothing on the Site creates a partnership, service, or other contractual relationship between you and Medyzen — that only happens once we sign a separate written agreement with your hospital or clinic.

Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. In particular, you agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems.
  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content from the Site other than through the search-engine and AI-crawler access we explicitly allow in our robots.txt.
  • Submit false or misleading information through the contact or lead forms.
  • Use the Site to transmit malware, spam, or unlawful content.

Intellectual property

The Site's text, design, graphics, and logos are owned by Vedly Technology Private Limited or licensed to us, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share pages of the Site for personal or internal business reference, but you may not republish, sell, or otherwise commercially exploit our content without our written permission.

The Site may link to third-party websites (for example, government drug-licensing portals or news sources referenced in our blog) for your convenience. We don't control and aren't responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those sites.
