Frequently asked questions

When should I take Dytor 10 – morning or night?

In the morning. It makes you pass more urine for several hours, so a morning dose avoids disturbing your sleep.

Dytor 10 vs Lasix (furosemide) – what is the difference?

Both are loop diuretics. Torsemide is absorbed more reliably and lasts longer, so it is taken once a day and is often preferred in heart failure. Your cardiologist will choose based on your condition.

Can I take Dytor 10 with alcohol?

Keep alcohol minimal. Both lower blood pressure and can make you dizzy or faint when you stand up.

Does Tide 10 cause low potassium?

It can. Your doctor will check potassium and may prescribe a potassium supplement or advise potassium-rich foods. Report muscle cramps, weakness or palpitations.
