Deepak Shukla

Deepak Shukla is the co-founder and CEO of Medyzen, the managed hospital pharmacy company. He leads product vision, strategy, and technical infrastructure, helping hospitals across India optimise their pharmacy operations. Before founding Medyzen he was an analyst at Deloitte and CEO of Librify, and he studied at NIT Jaipur.

Deepak sets what Medyzen builds and which hospitals it builds it for. That covers the commercial model behind a zero-capital-cost pharmacy — how the fixed monthly income and revenue share are structured so the economics work for a 50-bed nursing home as well as a multi-speciality hospital — along with the onboarding path that takes a partner from first conversation to a licensed, stocked, staffed pharmacy in under 30 days. His background in consulting and in running an earlier company shapes how Medyzen approaches unit economics and expansion across Tier 2 and Tier 3 India.
