Sandeep Shukla

Sandeep Shukla is a co-founder of Medyzen and Head of Partnerships at the managed hospital pharmacy company. He builds and manages relationships with hospitals and public-sector institutions across Tier 2 and Tier 3 India. He brings private and government business experience and studied at NIT Jalandhar.

Hospital and institutional partnerships

Sandeep brings hospitals onto the Medyzen model and keeps those relationships working once the pharmacy is live. A hospital handing its pharmacy to an outside operator is a decision involving the administration, the pharmacy staff and often the trust or board behind it, so the work runs from the first conversation through the commercial terms, the licensing paperwork each state requires, and the practical questions a hospital asks about how a Medyzen pharmacy sits alongside its existing operations. He works across private hospitals, nursing homes and public-sector institutions, with a focus on Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities where a well-run pharmacy changes what a hospital can offer its patients.
