Yes, it is commonly used for cramping period pain. Take one tablet when the cramps start, up to the number of doses your doctor advises. If you also take mefenamic acid (Meftal Spas) or another painkiller, check that you are not doubling up on paracetamol.

Not together. Cyclopam already contains 500 mg paracetamol, and adding Dolo 650 pushes you towards the daily paracetamol limit and liver damage. If pain needs more, ask your doctor rather than stacking tablets.
