Losar 50 is plain losartan; Losar-H adds a diuretic for extra blood-pressure lowering. Only switch on your doctor's advice, because the combination needs kidney and potassium monitoring.
Should I take Repace H in the morning or evening?
Morning is usually best, because the hydrochlorothiazide part makes you pass more urine for a few hours and a night dose can disturb sleep.
Can I take Losar-H in summer or during a stomach infection?
Yes, but be careful. Heavy sweating, vomiting or diarrhoea plus a water tablet can cause dehydration and a drop in blood pressure. Drink enough fluids and ask your doctor if you should pause the tablet while unwell.
