Zolfresh 5 vs Zolfresh 10 – which should I take?
10 mg is the usual adult dose. 5 mg is the starting dose for people over 65, those with liver or kidney problems, and anyone who gets morning drowsiness. Your doctor decides; never take more than prescribed.
Is Zolfresh habit-forming?
Yes, it can be. The body gets used to zolpidem within weeks, and stopping after regular use can cause rebound insomnia and withdrawal symptoms. That is why it is limited to short courses and is a Schedule H1 drug in India.
Can I take Zolfresh 10 with alcohol?
