When should I take Tryptomer 10?
In the evening, 1 to 2 hours before bed. It causes drowsiness, which helps sleep, and taking it earlier reduces the morning hangover feeling.
Is Tryptomer 10 a sleeping pill?
No, though doctors use its sedating effect to help sleep in people with chronic pain. At 10 mg it is mainly prescribed for nerve pain, migraine prevention and sleep, not as a routine sleeping tablet.
Can I take Tryptomer 10 with alcohol?
Avoid it. Alcohol multiplies the drowsiness and dizziness and raises the risk of falls and accidents.
How long does Tryptomer take to work for nerve pain?
Sleep may improve within days, but pain relief usually takes 2 to 6 weeks, and your doctor may increase the dose gradually. Do not stop early because it has not worked yet.
