Can I take Ultracet with alcohol?
No. Alcohol with tramadol can cause severe drowsiness and slowed breathing, and alcohol with paracetamol strains the liver. Avoid alcohol completely during treatment.
Ultracet vs Dolo 650 – what is the difference?
Dolo 650 is plain paracetamol for mild pain and fever. Ultracet adds tramadol, an opioid painkiller, for moderate to severe pain and needs a prescription. Do not take both together without checking the total paracetamol dose.
Can Ultracet make me sleepy or affect driving?
Yes. Drowsiness and dizziness are common, especially at the start. Do not drive, ride a bike or operate machinery until you know how it affects you.
