Deplatt A 75 vs Ecosprin 75 – what is the difference?
Ecosprin 75 contains only aspirin. Deplatt A 75 contains both aspirin and clopidogrel, so it is a stronger antiplatelet combination used in the period after a heart attack or stent. Your doctor chooses based on your condition.
Can I take Deplatt A with Omez or Pan 40?
Omeprazole (Omez) and esomeprazole can reduce how well clopidogrel works. If you need stomach protection, doctors usually prefer pantoprazole (Pan 40) or rabeprazole. Ask your cardiologist before adding any acid medicine.
