Frequently asked questions

Becosules Z capsule uses

Becosules Z contains B-complex vitamins, vitamin C, folic acid, biotin and zinc. It is used to make up for low B-vitamin and zinc intake, for example during recovery from illness or with a poor diet.

Becosules vs Becosules Z – what is the difference?

Becosules Z has the same vitamins as Becosules plus zinc sulphate (15 mg elemental zinc per capsule). Choose Z only if your doctor wants you to take zinc as well.

Becozinc capsule uses

Becozinc combines B vitamins and vitamin C with zinc. It is used for low intake of these nutrients. It is not a treatment for any specific disease.

Can I take Becosules Z daily for a long time?

Take it for the period your doctor suggests. Long-term extra zinc can reduce copper in the body and lead to anaemia and weak bones.
